Absence of Offline Functionality

The products do not have offline usage capability. In case of non-availability of the online service, the product may provide no functionality.

Service Duration and Continuity

The company guarantees the operation, availability, and support of the service for the minimum period of time provided by the applicable legislation regarding consumer product warranties (2 years from the date of delivery). After the expiration of this period, the provision of the service depends on operational, technical, and economic factors and may be changed or discontinued.

Modification or Termination of Functions

GIFT CARD USE AND TERMS

The Gift Card is a unique electronic code of a predetermined value, which you can purchase and use for purchases on our website.
It can be used by anyone possessing the code, without being nominative, and is valid for 6 months from its dispatch.

Each gift card can be used only once and cannot be combined with other gift cards in the same order. In the event that the purchase value is lower than the amount of the gift card, the balance is not refunded. In the event that the purchase value exceeds the value of the card, the difference is covered by another payment method.

The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the gift card. The company does not replace or cancel gift cards in the event of loss or abuse.
